Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on line catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept PayPal and any credit or debit card payment (including American Express). If you do not have a credit or debit card or live outside the United Kingdom please contact our sales office who will be pleased to assist you.

Shipping And Handling

All prices on this website include carriage to any UK mainland address. We can despatch orders for small items (such as accessories) worldwide but additional carriage charges will apply. Please Contact Us prior to placing an order for a shipping quotation. We regret that we cannot ship any table tennis table or football table outside of the UK mainland.

Delivery Schedule

Table Tennis Tables & Football Tables:

We use a specialist 2 man home delivery carrier for these products and will send you detailed delivery instructions with your invoice. Deliveries on this service are pre-booked and the carrier will contact you by telephone to arrange this with you. Your table will normally be delivered in around 5-7 working days.

Spares & Accessories:

Table tennis bats, bat covers, balls and football table accessories will be despatched by Royal Mail. If the item does not arrive within 5 working days, please check with your local sorting office in case the parcel is held for you there. Orders for table covers or large multiple items, will be sent by City Link on a next day service. The consignment will need to be signed for and City Link SHOULD (!) leave a card if there is no-one available to receive the parcel. If you have not had a card or received the goods within 2 working days, please Contact Us for the consignment reference number and City Link contact details.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All our prices shown on the Internet are inclusive of VAT at the current standard rate of 15%. A VAT invoice will be supplied.

Credit Card Security

We know that when you shop on line, you want to feel confident that the details you provide will be kept safe and secure, and we promise to do that. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. In order to use our secure Credit Card process your computer's Internet browser will need to have a Java Plug in. If you have any problem entering an order, please e mail or ring us and we will assist you. The transaction will show as UK Table Tennis Ltd on your credit card statement.

Guarantee

Table Tennis Tables:

All Cornilleau brand tables have a 3 year guarantee on all parts. Outdoor models also have a 10 year guarantee on the playing surface against deformation, delamination and obliteration of the white lines. Tectonic brand tables have a 2 year guarantee on all parts and 3 years on the outdoor playing surface.

Football Tables:

All Garlando brand tables have a 3 year guarantee on all parts. The only exceptions to this are the F-1, F-10 and F-20 which have a 2 year guarantee.
These guarantees are limited to the supply of parts recognised as defective by the manufacturer.

We respect your privacy and all personal information obtained through our website is kept secure. UK Table Tennis Ltd will not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted with 7 days of receipt. We must be contacted in advance to advise the correct returns procedure and address. The buyer is responsible for the costs and safe return of goods in a perfect, unused, unopened, undamaged resalable condition. Postage costs will not be refunded. Items not conforming to the correct returns procedure will be refused.

This does not affect your consumer rights.
